Come and join me for a intimate Free Winter Solstice community yoga class by the beach.

All levels welcome.

We will gather for a slow flow practice and a circle ceremony to share and give thanks to the auspicious energies of the cosmos. Winter Solstice ☀️and New Moon 🌑. The return of the Light.
